I am so happy with it. I contacted your company to speed up the delivery by using my FedEx number. Your rep said I needed to call Balfour directly. When I did, I mentioned that I had a formal engagement with the Military unit I used to be stationed with. Balfour second day air mailed the ring to me at no extra charge prior to my engagement. I took me seventeen years to find the perfect ring that would highlight my career in the Marine Corps and I just wanted to give you some feedback through comments. First, I received the ring exactly ten days after I placed the order. Amazing.. The ring has a awesome appearance. I think that you guys should add more pictures of the natural finish gold rings on your website. It is certainly more impressive in appearance than the antiqued finished rings. I spoke to Mr. Beeman on two seperate occassions and he was knowledgeable and courteous, ready and able to answer any questions that I had. Also, I was very nervous about ordering my ring online, for credit card reasons, but I can honestly say that I would not hesitate for a second to place another order through you. Thank you very much. My only concern with the ring is that it is a little too tight. It is very difficult to get the ring size correct (because of the width of these rings) even after having my finger measured by a jeweler. I need to return the ring to have it made bigger by a half size. Do I need any type of authorization from you in order to send it back to Balfour? Are there any special instructions? Thank you all for everything. I will recommend you to everyone interested in buying a military ring.

Sirs: A few moments ago my door bell rang and there stood an UPS delivery person with a fairly large box in his hand. I accepted it, looked at the return address label and couldn't imagine a company in Austin, Texas, sending me something by UPS Next Day Air. I only live 18 miles north of that Texas capital city. Any way, I open the box and see an invoice/packing slip from Balfour and did not make the connection at first, but when a little velvet bag slid out also, it hit me. My Ring!
It has really made my Christmas. What perfect timing, as I had told my wife she did not need to get me anything expensive for Christmas as the ring would be her gift to me. Arriving on Christmas Eve was more than I had anticipated. Thank you.
The ring itself is just beautiful. The laser cut of the Army eagle into the fire blue stone really sets it off. I shall always be as proud to wear it as I was to serve my country.
