Ordering Information
Some custom ring design combinations will not reflect the correct price. This issue is very rare, but it sometimes happens with the thousands of combinations we have available. Beeman Jewelers will notify you if the price is any different than what was quoted. We will refund you 100% if the price is higher than you expect. We will not produce the ring unless we have authorization from you saying you approve the design at the new price. Not all custom rings are manufactured by Artcarved. Some designs are outsourced to other suppliers depending on the design. Rest assure that all rings will have the highest quality.
If you ordered a ring with only paying 50% you will be expected to pay for the ring within 2 weeks of the completion of the ring. You will be contacted when the ring is complete. For every 2 weeks without full payment, an additional $50 per week will be added to the total cost.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of item delivery. Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. There is a re-stocking fee of $45.00 on all rings. Any custom rings are non-refundable and unable to be re-stocked. Custom side designs cost $100 per side. Custom top bezels and panels cost $75 each.

- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip, we do not accept returns after the 30th day item was received. All returns received after the 30th day will be sent back to the customer.
- Restocking fee: there is a $35.00 restocking fee for all returns or exchanges that are not custom rings.
- You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can’t refund shipping costs.
- We can’t refund any artwork that is done
- The following items may not be returned unless received damaged: price-matched items, clearance items, mother's rings with engraved names, mother's pendants with engraved names, custom rings, platinum rings with engraving, tungsten rings with engraving. Any custom rings that were made correctly per the design.
Custom Rings
In some circumstances the manufacturer may take an additional 4-6 weeks for custom rings. This is rare, but may occur when building a one-of-a-kind ring. If you are not 100% satisfied with your custom ring the manufacturer will repair it at no additional cost to the customer.
